Location
Sun City Grand is a Del Webb master-planned community for active adults age 45 and better. It is located 18 miles nothwest of Phoenix, in the city of Surprise, AZ.

Local attractions include boating at Lake Pleasant, MLB Spring Training, local zoo and aquarium, many great restaurants, and GREAT GOLF!

Size and Population
Plans have been approved for approximately 9,500 residential homes on nearly 4,000 acres of land. Upon completion of the community, approximately 17,600 residents will call Sun City Grand home. Sun City Grand opened for sales in October 1996.

Village Center/Recreational Amenities
The beautifully designed Village Center is the recreation focal point of the community. It features the Adobe Spa & Fitness Center includes a heated indoor lap pool, an outdoor resort swimming pool and outdoor activity opool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor walking track, fully equipped health and fitness ares, a dance/excerise studio, plus tennis and bocce courts. Staff members from Sun Health are on-site at the fitness center to provide a variety of health and wellness services for out residents.

The Chaparral Center is home to the ASU West Lifelong Learning Academy, a gourmet coffee house, extensive computer lab, hi-tech video lab and business services.

Ideally suited for social activities, the Sonnoran Plaza features a 9,000 square foot ballroom a library and multiple meeting rooms.

The Artisan Sudios accommodate a wide range of interests to serve the needs and desires of our residents. Stained glass, billiards, ceramics, sewing and art are all available there.

The Cimarron Center is located among the newest neighborhoods of our community. The Cimmaron Center features fully equipped health and fitness areas, a heated outdoor resort swimming pool and the Cimarron Day Spa. Also anchored to this 35,000 squeare foot facility is the Cimarron Golf Glub.

Other amenities that can be found throughout the community include a woodworking shop, the Del E. Webb Memorial Ball Field, a fishing dock, outdoor amphitheater and extensive walking trails.
